Founder’s Associate / Chief of Staff

You’ll work closely with the COO and founding/leadership team in a senior generalist role. In a nutshell, your role will be to help build the company as we scale in London and the US. Your responsibilities will touch most parts of the company and will involve closely supporting across a range of areas, including but not limited to: - Designing and building company functions and operations - Commercial and go-to-market strategy - Leading special projects as directed by the executive team - Building company culture and processes across two geographies - Executive support (e.g., investor relations, board meeting preparation) - Other operational and administrative support Application and hiring process 1.
