Applications to be sent via email to Finlay Garlick, Head of Business Development (fgarlick@hexarad.com) Calling all clinicians: our Sales team currently has an junior doctor within it, so this role could be well suited to you Salary: £50,000-£60,000 p/a plus a competitive commission structure Incentives: Generous holiday allowance and pension contributions, snack boxes posted to you every month Job Description: Hexarad, a leading healthcare company and one of the fastest-growing startups in the UK, is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to help the existing team grow sales for the Hexarad Platform which includes a OptiRad, our innovative healthcare Software-as-a- Service (SaaS) tool and ReportRad, our teleradiology solution. As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding the adoption of the Hexarad platform within the National Health Service (NHS) in the UK. The ideal candidate will manage a territory primarily based around but not limited to the North of England and Scotland. Travel will be a regular part of the role and hybrid working from our office near London Bridge is encouraged.

Responsibilities

- Identify and target key decision-makers within the NHS, such as radiology department heads, hospital administrators, and procurement managers, to generate leads and establish relationships. - Conduct effective sales presentations, product demonstrations, and contract negotiations to drive the adoption of the Hexarad Platform. - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute strategic sales plans, campaigns, and promotional activities. - Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, manage leads, and track progress using CRM software. - Write and submit tender responses as part of public procurement processes - Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes affecting the healthcare sector. - Gather customer feedback and insights to inform product development and enhancements. - Liaise with internal and external teams, including radiologists, customer success, and implementation teams, to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
