We are looking to invest in 50 founders to build mission-led businesses at Zinc to improve the health of people and/or the planet.

The Opportunity Expert:

You have deep insight into an important problem in health and/or environment, with early ideas on potential solutions, and you have the credibility to build and grow an innovative solution in this space. You are looking for a co-founder (or two) with the commercial, product and/or technical skills and experience to help you turn your insights into an innovative product and a successful business.

We back exceptional talent to build new commercial solutions that solve the most pressing societal issues.

Our next Venture Builder cohort will begin in May 2024

The Zinc Venture Builder is a full time, 12 month platform that exists to build brand new, commercial, mission-driven companies that tackle the biggest social challenges.

Each of our Venture Builders have a dual Mission approach that tackles big societal problems.

Pre-team

You will join the Venture Builder as an individual, form bonds with the other global talent in our supportive cohort and through this, create teams during the first phase of the Venture Builder.

Pre-idea

We expect you to come with a passion for the mission but you don’t need to have a strong solidified idea for a solution or business.
